If you're experiencing a problem with XerCom Pocket Games, please fill out and submit the following form. Before doing so please check our FAQ page to ensure that you issue has not already been addressed.

Problem Report Form

When you submit your problem report, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the EMail address which you used to download/register the product, so please ensure that you enter it correctly at the end of the form.  If your issue turns out to be a problem which has not yet been encountered then you will be contacted directly by email.  If your issue is a general problem then the solution will be posted on the FAQ page and you should receive a notification email. 

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

  1. What version of the XerCom Pocket Games are you using?

  2. Which make/model of Pocket PC are you using?

  3. Please enter a brief one-line description of the problem:

    (example: "Othello will not run after playing Draughts")

  4. If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,
    leaving a blank line between steps:

    (example: "1. Open Othello. 2. Select skill level...")

    If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:

    (note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible problem)

We may need to contact you for more information, such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.
